It's time for another recipe rewind. I haven't done one of these in a long time. Not since last spring, I don't think. Some recipes are just too good to be lost forever in my recipe index, never to be seen again. This dish was made long before I had any followers to speak of, so no one saw it. It's such a delicious recipe, when I made it again today I knew I'd have to do a recipe rewind to introduce you to it all over again. Not to mention it gave me a chance to update the photos (I love being able to do that).
I have a few mac and cheese recipes posted on this blog and this one is by far my absolute favourite.
